Registration fees
Information
Each paper needs to have at least one full registration in order to get the paper published in the conference proceedings.
We recommend that you take advantage of the early registration fee. You can find information about registration fees.
*For Student Registration, a Valid Student ID (with reference to current valid enrollment), needs to be provided through the online registration process.
**LMIC (Low and Middle Income Countries as defined by the World Bank). Should you choose the LMIC Registration Category, please be informed that a passport copy AND a confirmation of current employment needs to be provided.
If you need a visa invitation letter, you need to register at the conference. In the online registration process, it will ask you whether you need a visa invitation letter or not. After you complete the registration payment, the registration invoice and visa invitation letter will be sent to you by email.
The Social Dinner can be booked subject to the availability of seats.
Registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to make their own insurance arrangements ahead of the event
Important Note: Registration and Payment Deadlines
To ensure your papers and oral presentations are included in the final program, registration must be completed by June 30th. All payments must be finalized by July 15th including bank transfers. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in exclusion from the program.

All participants who register to the congress will be given a certificate of participation in online PDF format and/or as a signed document. - Congress Bag
Pen, notepad, etc. in the congress bag. Such materials will be delivered to the participants at the congress foyer area. - Badge and Pocket Program
The badge to be delivered will be used during the congress. The pocket program, which is placed in the badge holder for easy access, will also be delivered during at the registration desk. - Coffee Breaks and Lunch
They will be served as open buffets. Attendees with special dietary requirements due to food allergies are invited to notify the organising committee
Cancellation and Refunds
Notification of cancellation and refund requests must be submitted before 31 APRIL 2025 in writing to the Conference secretariat. The fee for cancellations received before 31 APRIL 2025 is € 50,00. For cancellations after 1 MAY 2025, no refunds will be given.
Delegates who cannot attend may name a substitute to take their registration under certain conditions. Please contact the conference secretariat should this apply to you at aiiarc2025@unirc.it
